Employer Y filed for another H1B petition using the same law firm and it was denied yet again.

The case was even more complicated as I was working on a vendor through a middle vendor thus:

Me -> Employer Y -> Middle Vendor -> Client

I then hired Immigration Desk to file for a H4 visa to stay in the country legally. While the H4 was in process, I decided to hire Immigration Desk to file my H1B through Employer Y in premium. Anu and Sara were extremely patient and listened to all of my concerns and drafted the H1B petition accordingly.

The H1B was approved with consular processing and I got the visa stamped without any issues whatsoever.

Nothing else in the situation changed, meaning it is the same complicated layout of working through a middle vendor.

My point being, if you have a complicated case, hire the best law firm possible; Immigration Desk.

No matter how many obstacles / RFEs we received, the Immigration Desk team handled all of them very well.

It all comes down to how well someone presents your case and Anu is a Master at it. Attorney Gupta knows every bit of information about Immigration Laws in detail, inside and out. I had a EB3 I-140 from an earlier company that I worked for, and I never believed I was eligible for the EB2 category. When I transferred jobs, Anu (who was my new employer’s attorney), presented me with a detailed explanation of why I qualified for EB2, then prepared and filed the case to get my EB2 approved.

But for Anu Gupta, my green card case would have been languishing at the USCIS, retrogressed in EB3 category for Indians for many more years.
