As our Paralegal Team Supervisor at Immigration Desk, Prateeksha, manages and supervises junior paralegals who handle non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Pratheeksha works on end to end visa petition drafting for various types of IV and NIV petitions, including, H-1B, PERM, I-130, I-140, and AOS petitions. In addition to this, she manages the firm’s RFE work, docketing, and daily mail log. Pratheeksha has expertise in immigration software like INS Zoom and Tracker and also provides important paralegal services directly to Managing Attorney Anu Gupta and Senior Associate Attorney Ian Meyer.
Prateeksha obtained a Master’s degree in Commerce. She has been handling immigration cases for four years with a specific focus on immigration to the United States.
