Prateeksha leads the H1B & Perm-Based Green Card Department at Immigration Desk. Her job duties include managing and supervising our 15+ team of paralegals and legal assistants to prepare winning employment and family based temporary visas and green card petitions. She specializes in H1B visa petitions and PERM based EB2 and EB3 filings.
Included in her supervisory duties is working on end to end visa petition drafting. In addition to this, she supervises client related administrative work including client correspondences, docketing and deadline management.
Prateeksha obtained a Bachelors and then a Master’s degree in Business and has been handling IV and NIV petition drafting and filing for over six years.
